I have placed my order, but I haven’t received the confirmation.

Once an order is placed on the website, an email is sent to the customer providing the order details and status. Please ensure to check the spam folder in case the email is not showing up in the inbox. Please do let us know in case the order email does not show up in the spam folder also.

I have paid money through gpay/UPI transfer, but my order is still on hold

Only when a payment is made through a payment gateway like Razorpay, does the payment get captured in the software and order status changes to processing automatically. However, when payment is made directly into our bank account the order status needs to be manually changed to processing. Please allow us 24 working hours to make the change. Please feel free to contact us to check on the issue in the event the order status remains on hold even after 24 working hours of making the payment.

I have placed the order, when can I expect the delivery?

We usually ship our orders within 24 working hours of receipt of the order. Deliveries mostly happen within 3-10 days depending upon the location and ground conditions. In the event you haven’t received the order within 10 days of placing the order, please do let us know to enable us track the same with our delivery partners.
